Sterling Silver and 18kt yellow gold two tone pendant has floating London Bleu Topaz of 4.45 carats attached by  embellished bail that is movable in design.  The bail is large enough to accomadate a 6mm chain and open to fit necklaces, bracelet, and pearl strands. The 15 round brilliant diamond accent the setting and have a 1/6ct total diamond weight.  Fan like design   resembles peacock feather merged with a heart .
